Their team members been all over the continent (because they love to travel too) and have used their Insider knowledge to create personalized vacations for travellers from around the world for nearly 30 years.

In a year where the world stood still, our team crafted a social media strategy alongside Fresh Tracks Canada’s editorial department to create a consistent flow of high quality, jaw dropping Canadian scenery and wildlife content across all brand channels. This included defining the travel company’s tone of voice and customer service strategy online, elaborating on customer & follower personas, and content strategy, including graphic design & video content creation.
