The West Coast Beauty team came to us looking for support with social media, but what we found once we dug in with our audits was a lack of brand strategy, and in turn, a lack of buy in from their team to amplify their message. So instead we focused on the brand first, prioritizing the foundation before building the house. 

In our time working together, we gave West Coast Beauty’s old look a modern twist that truly reflects their industry’s upscale and polished style. We implemented a new brand design system that included fresh typography, a reimagining of their logo, a refined colour palette, as well as social and email assets, providing the West Coast Beauty team with the tools they need to connect with their customers with confidence.
